Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Vodder Technique
What is it?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle manual technique that improves movement in the lymphatic pathways.
How is it done?
The four Vodder strokes stretch the lymph pathways increasing the flow of the fluid within.
When should I have it?
MLD can be done daily and should be done at least once a week to maintain proper function. At DreaTchal our 90-min MLD treatment is preformed by a Certified MLD therapist to jumpstart your lymphatic system. In addition, 2-5 minute weekly homecare steps will be recommended, extending the benefits of the treatment.

General effects of MLD are: pain reduction, increased mobility, increased lymphatic flow, improves skin appearance and is soothing to nervous system.
